We are a Family run group offering a wide range of fitness programmes for all fitness levels.

            SARAH SYMES

I have been working in the fitness industry for many years and I love seeing people improving everyday! I am a Level 2 Qualified ETM instructor.

Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist.

I teach a wide variety of fitness classes.

         ROXANNE SYMES

 

 

I have always had a huge interest in Sports and fitness since I was a child.

I started Taekwon-do at the age of 7 and went on to become ITF Junior World Champion. I now coach Martial Arts classes for children age 4+.

 

I am a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer Level 3 Exercise Referral, Level 3 Pulmonary Rehab, Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist. 

Other Qualifications include Level 5 Nutritional Therapist, Pilates, Freestyle Fitness Yoga, Tai Chi and Boxercise instructor.

I also run Pre and Post Natal Fitness classes, Baby Massage and Womens Self Defense Workshops.

            STEPH BARNETT

I also trained in Taekwon-Do from a young age and went on to train in mixed martial arts and gained a black belt in Taekwon-Do and kickboxing. I currently teach various fitness classes,bootcamps and Womens weightliftng workshops.

​

I am a Level 2 qualified Gym Instructor and a Level 3 Personal Trainer.
