We are a Family run group offering a wide range of fitness programmes for all fitness levels.

            SARAH SYMES

I have been working in the fitness industry for many years and I love seeing people improving everyday! I am a Level 2 Qualified ETM instructor.

Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist.

I teach a wide variety of fitness classes.

I have always had a huge interest in Sports and fitness since I was a child.

I started Taekwon-do at the age of 7 and went on to become ITF Junior World Champion. I now coach Martial Arts classes for children age 4+.

 

I am a Level 3 qualified personal trainer and level 2 Gym instructor. Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist. 

I am also a Level 5 Nutritional Therapist Pilates, freestyle fitness yoga and Boxercise instructor.

I also trained in Taekwon-Do from a young age and went on to train in mixed martial arts and gained a black belt in Taekwon-Do and kickboxing. I currently teach Ladies only Body Conditioning and PunchFit Classes, whilst I complete my level 3 Personal training diploma.

I want to help people reach their fitness goals and most importantly enjoy it.
